Parts Advisor

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering automotive parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill parts needs efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service.
- Process sales transactions and manage parts orders through the dealership's system.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
