Entry-Level Window Cleaner

Job Description

Job Description

Description:

Pay: $20-$30 per hour | Full-time | No experience required, we train you

Most of our best window cleaners had never touched a squeegee before they joined Glide. If you're reliable, coachable, and take pride in doing things well, we'll teach you the rest.

Who we are

Glide Cleaners is a residential window cleaning company built around one mission: add light to the lives of our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve. We run on four values: Be Good, Do Good, Work Hard, Work Smart. Upstanding in character, outstanding in performance. We coach constantly, give real feedback, and promote from within, because we want you to grow here, not just collect a paycheck.

What you'll own

This isn't a checklist job. You'll be responsible for outcomes:

• Customers who are glad they chose Glide. Every home you leave should look noticeably better, and every customer should feel taken care of.
• Clear communication. With your customers, your teammates, and your manager, before problems become surprises.
• Working within our systems. We've built a way of doing things that works. You'll learn it, use it, and help make it better.
• Over-delivering. Finding the small extra things that turn a satisfied customer into a loyal one.
• Showing up. On time, in uniform, ready to work, every day your team is counting on you.

What you get

• $20-$30 per hour to start, with a clear path above that range as your skills grow. Our leads earn $35 an hour, and every one of them started at entry level. A committed first-year window cleaner realistically earns around $50K.
• Paid training from day one.
• Real coaching and a real growth track: our leads and managers started right where you are.
• Work outdoors, on the move, with a team that actually likes each other.

Apply now. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in their work, we want to meet you this week.

• Reliability. You show up when you say you will.
• Coachability. You want feedback and act on it.
• A valid driver's license and comfort working on ladders.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
