This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing community support operations. - Analyze and redesign service processes.
- Lead and execute pilot programs for new solutions.
- Develop and implement process measurement systems.
- Present findings and business cases to leadership.
- Proven experience in process design and improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
