Event Marketing & Communications Assistant - Entry Level

We're expanding our team and looking for an Event Marketing & Communications Assistant to help support in-person marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with paid training . No previous marketing or event experience is required.

It's an opportunity to learn how marketing campaigns come together while developing practical skills in communications, public engagement, event marketing, customer relations, promotions, and team collaboration .

What You'll Learn & Do

In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced team and gain hands-on exposure to marketing and communications activities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with the execution of in-person marketing campaigns and events
• Communicate with customers, attendees, and members of the community
• Share information about products, services, programs, and campaigns
• Support promotional activities and event initiatives
• Help create positive and professional customer interactions
• Assist with event preparation and day-of activities
• Answer questions and provide accurate information
• Help increase awareness and engagement with assigned campaigns
• Work with team members to meet campaign and event objectives
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence when representing the organization

You don't need a marketing degree or previous industry experience.
