Marketing Specialist

Hexagon Agility is committed to delivering commercially proven alternative fuel solutions for fleets, Mobile Pipeline, and after sales service support that help fleets around the world lower operating costs, reduce emissions, and maintain reliable performance across demanding real-world applications. Hexagon Agility is seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across our Fuel System, Mobile Pipeline and FleetCare businesses. This role will support content development, product and regional campaign execution, trade shows and events, digital marketing activities, and social media engagement while working cross-functionally with sales, communications, product line management, engineering, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, self-driven and willing to travel to support customer events, trade shows, and industry activities. Key Responsibilities Commercial Marketing & Content Development Develop and coordinate marketing content including brochures, promotional flyers, videos, photos, email campaigns and digital assets Coordinate product campaigns including timelines, deliverables and creative assets to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives Develop visual content to support campaigns, events, customer stories, and digital marketing initiatives Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide reporting insights to help optimize engagement and conversion efforts Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities and product launches In collaboration with Communications Team, assist with monitoring media coverage and social channels Tradeshows And Events Support planning and coordination of domestic and international trade shows, customer events, conferences, and industry activities (60+ annual events) Manage event timelines, logistics, booth materials, and promotional assets Support developing event marketing content including booth graphics, signage, videos, email campaigns, and digital promotions Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing activities to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives Assist with on-site event support including content capture, photography, and social media updates, Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product line management, FleetCare, and Mobile Pipeline teams to align event messaging and objectives Support customer demonstrations, media activities, and executive meeting coordination during industry events and trade shows Global Cross-Functional Support Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, engineering, operations, HR, FleetCare, Mobile Pipeline, product management, and leadership teams to support global marketing initiatives, product launches, recruiting efforts, and strategic business objectives Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical information, operational insights, customer success stories, and employee engagement content that supports commercial and corporate marketing initiatives Assist with managing cross-functional marketing projects, timelines, approvals, and communication workflows across multiple departments and business priorities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field required Degree emphasis in digital marketing, communications, branding, or commercial marketing preferred Proven work experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and achieving measurable results Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing Familiarity with campaign planning and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant platforms. Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is a plus Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights Skills & Competencies Communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and leadership levels Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Expertise with video editing and photography Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong PowerPoint skills are an advantage Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage Personal Attributes Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally Reliable, proactive, and service-minded Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this position.
