Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Fairmont, WV. This role involves working in a dynamic acute care environment, with a focus on providing care for patients with respiratory issues, weakness, UTI, AKI, and chest pain.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 20-bed unit
• Manage patient ratios in Stepdown (1:3) and Floor (1:5-6) settings
• Titrate drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone
• Utilize respiratory equipment like Cpap, BiPap, and high flow
• Collaborate with House Supervisors and Nurse Aids
• Ensure accurate charting with EPIC system
• Participate in rotating holiday schedules and meet weekend shift requirements

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Valid RN license with the ability to submit a copy of an unexpired driver's license
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Experience in Stepdown nursing and ability to read telemetry strips
