Job Details Location: 0086 - Virginia Beach, VA - Virginia Beach, VA Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Position Summary The Account Stocker I is a Part‑Time position, responsible for stocking assigned Lowe’s stores as needed within a geographical location by fulfilling the requirements of the company’s Stocking Program with Lowe’s, which includes stocking NOVO materials that have been previously shipped to the store. Essential Responsibilities Contact the Lowe’s receiving department of the store you are responsible for to confirm availability of products to be stocked. Stock NOVO products included in the Stocking Program within 36 hours of when they are delivered (after the materials have been received in the Lowe’s system) unless other arrangements are made with authorized Lowe’s representatives. Retrieve NOVO products from inventory, break bundles and stock products appropriately. Ensure all NOVO products that are stocked look neat and organized. Ensure your safety while working in the Lowe’s store, as well as the safety of those around you, including Lowe’s personnel or customers. Keep aisles free of debris during the stocking process. Clean up and properly dispose of all bundle ties and other packing materials. Participate in special events for customers (i.e., Grand Openings, Contractor Days, product knowledge training, etc.), as requested by management. Assist with store set/reset activity, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Required) Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company approved tools while remaining aware of possible hazards and maintaining a safe work environment. Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills. Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions. Communicate effectively with Lowe’s store personnel and customers. Reliable transportation. Flexibility in scheduling. Preferred Qualifications Possess and maintain a current unrestricted (other than for vision correction) driver’s license and acceptable driving record along with adequate ongoing auto insurance on personal vehicle. Prior experience stocking customer stores. Basic computer skills. High School Diploma or GED. Travel Requirements Daily travel to assigned Lowe’s store(s) in a local geographic region. Physical Requirements 100%: Stand, handle or feel, squeeze or grasp. 80%: Reaching with hands and arms, depth perception. 50%: Walk, repetitive motion, operate moving equipment. 10%: Working bent at waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bending or twisting.
