If you’re looking for a company that embraces the principles of respect, compassion and trust, Legal Admin – Bankruptcy The Bankruptcy Administrator will sort and prepare bankruptcy packets, file claims, and communicate with debtors and other interested parties effectively and professionally. Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday Salary: 20.00/hour Location: must be local to Chicago area, as this role will report in to our Downtown Chicago office about once per week. DAY TO DAY

Correctly sort bankruptcies and create work packets Effectively handle phone calls from debtors and attorneys regarding bankruptcies with the highest level of customer service Accurately process bankruptcies and file proof of claims in a timely manner Prepare and fax letters and other documents to all interested parties Accurately notate accounts when working in various client systems

WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS

Must Have Skills High School Diploma or equivalent is required Ability to type quickly (40 wpm) and accurately, with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated history of effective time management and ability to prioritize projects with changing deadlines Nice to Have Skills Some college education or paralegal certification Experience with Canvas, Pacer, and Columbia Ultimate Collections Software (CUBS)
