IT Systems Support Technician

Gulfshoresal is seeking an IT support technician to install hardware and software, troubleshoot Windows-based systems, and assist with enterprise network issues. The role requires experience with Active Directory, printers, and network devices. The position involves providing user support, handling help desk requests, and occasionally after-hours Tier I response, in a standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
