About the Role The Guest Services Associate is the first point of contact for every guest at Topgolf. Responsibilities include quickly checking guests in, explaining the game, offering memberships and retail items, assisting with equipment, and ensuring a welcoming experience. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons. Responsibilities Greet each guest warmly and immediately upon arrival. Use the game and bay assignment systems to check guests in quickly. Assist guests with golf clubs, equipment, and any setup needs. Explain the game, safety rules, and venue layout enthusiastically. Suggest membership levels that maximize guest experience and support venue revenue. Offer retail items and handle cash and transactions accurately. Engage with guests throughout the arrival experience, ensuring they feel cared for. Maintain a positive, welcoming demeanor, showing urgency and genuine care. Support teammates and communicate across departments for smooth guest flow. Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) in every interaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 16 years of age, as required by state or local law. Experience in a guest‑facing, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location. Physical Requirements Remain on feet and in motion for extended periods, including standing, walking, and moving between the guest services desk and other areas. Lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently. Navigate stairs, ramps, and multi‑level areas to assist guests and support operations. Work in varying temperature and weather environments on a frequent basis. Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, including operating point‑of‑sale systems and handling cash. Communicate clearly and effectively in a high‑energy, high‑volume venue environment. Benefits Competitive pay: $21.57 per hour (Renton). Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) team member match.
