Operations Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Location: Houston, TX Join Neopal, a leader in advanced manufacturing of industrial wood products, recognized for our LEED Silver-certified facility and innovation-driven culture. We’re growing fast and seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead one of our core manufacturing departments and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead daily operations, production planning, and team performance Manage KPIs, OKRs, and OEE to drive operational excellence Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performance manufacturing team Implement Lean Six Sigma practices and lead CI initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping) Drive smart factory innovation using advanced automation, robotics, and digital tech Champion safety, risk management, and operational efficiency Qualifications B.S. in Industrial Engineering (Manufacturing focus) Experience in process design and optimization Solid data analysis skills Proven leadership in fast-paced manufacturing Lean Six Sigma proficiency (certified or demonstrated expertise) Strong technical and interpersonal skills Experience with CAD and process control tools is a plus Benefits Competitive top 10% base + performance-based bonuses Rapid career advancement opportunities Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO Team-focused culture that values innovation and growth Ready to lead and grow with an industry innovator?
