Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Location: Sylva, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with Medical Surgical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care and delivering a world-class patient experience in a well-established acute care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical surgical unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical setting
• Ability to float based on rotation as needed
