Electrical Construction Project Manager

Overview Growing and stable electrical contractor focused on employee growth, quality projects, long-term client relationships, and safety. Benefits Base Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 per year Bonus $500/month car allowance Gas card 401(k) with 4% company match Health insurance for employee and family Job Duties Manage electrical projects and support teams, ensure project timelines and milestones, manage and control jobsite costs and budgets, lead onsite teams, conduct value engineering, process change orders, and maintain relations with general contractor, client, and subcontractors. Prepare and maintain blueprints, contracts, reports, documents, conduct meetings, schedule activities, coordinate resources, enforce quality control, maintain safety, and oversee project closeout. Work with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on $3M+ commercial, school, or public works electrical construction projects. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
