Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health statuses, utilizing evidence-based practices and appropriate diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create individualized care plans. \n
- Facilitate ongoing evaluations of patient progress, strategically adapting interventions and therapeutic strategies to support their mental health goals effectively. \n
- Maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and department policies, ensuring timely completion and use of current technology. \n
- Collaborate actively with patients and their families to craft comprehensive treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic objectives, always factoring in cultural diversity and individual needs. \n
- Coordinate referral options and cultivate positive relationships with additional treatment providers, acting as a key link between patients and necessary support services. \n
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their understanding of mental health care practices within a clinical setting. \n
- Engage in clinical collaboration, peer review, and chart auditing as directed by your clinical supervisor to further foster team member development and organizational growth. \n
This role primarily focuses on patients impacted by mental health challenges associated with substance use disorders and related issues. By providing outpatient therapy to individuals and families, you will help navigate the complexities of their situations, offering both emotional and practical support tailored to each patient's circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. \n
- At least two years of experience working in a social work capacity, particularly within mental health or substance use treatment settings. \n

- Experience in providing outpatient therapy and support for individuals and families navigating substance use disorders. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and diagnostic tools. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
