A well-established, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group in West Georgia, located ~50 miles west of Atlanta, is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join its team. Position Highlights: Join a 24-physician private practice Emergency Medicine group 100% physician-owned democratic group Partnership opportunity after two years Work across two busy Level II Trauma Centers 40-bed Emergency Department and 36-bed Emergency Department Combined annual emergency volumes exceeding 100,000 visits Schedule: 16 eight-hour shifts per month Current schedule includes primarily day shifts with limited nights Dedicated nocturnist team provides additional overnight coverage APP support with experienced NP/PA team All current physicians are Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine Compensation/Benefits:

• 325K salary in Year 1
• 350K salary in Year 2

Partnership beginning Year 3 with average physician income of ~$450K

• 50K sign-on bonus
• 50K starting incentive
