Trauma-Informed Veteran Housing Case Manager

Kiowa Tribe is seeking an SSVF Case Manager to deliver direct, trauma-informed case management for very low-income veteran families. You will assess homeless or at-risk veterans, develop housing stability plans, connect them with VA and local benefits, and coordinate resources to ensure stability. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 6 months of case management experience, and knowledge of veteran resources.
