Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Work From Home & On-Site Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $108,000 - $145,000 per year What You'll Do Evaluate and manage patients in an outpatient neurology setting See follow-up and new patients with support from the physician team Help manage conditions such as headaches, stroke follow-up, Parkinson's, MS, and related neurologic issues Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies as appropriate Manage medications, treatment plans, and ongoing follow-up care Respond to patient messages, refill requests, and routine care coordination needs Participate in telehealth visits and in-clinic care depending on schedule and fit Practice Setup Outpatient neurology Raleigh and Durham locations Monday-Friday schedule No call Telehealth mixed with clinic time Strong MA and RN support Athena EMR Opportunity for some procedural exposure / training depending on fit What We're Looking For Active or eligible NP or PA licensure Prior APP experience preferredBackground in neurology, cardiology, internal medicine, family medicine, or another strong outpatient specialty can translate well Neurology experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, follow-up, and patient management skills Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced outpatient environment A bit about us: Healthcare leader in the Triangle offering a structured, team-based environment with strong clinical support.
