Regional Commercial Sales Manager | Gyms & Hospitality Senior individual contributor role with full ownership of commercial sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue for Northern California. No direct reports. You will sell for a fast-growing commercial fitness equipment company that brings cardio, strength, recovery, digital, and subscription lines to market as one vendor solution. What You Will Do Own the Northern California territory across health clubs, hospitality, and wellness, plus assigned global accounts Run the full sales cycle on full-facility packages, not single units: prospect, qualify, spec, quote, negotiate, close Secure approved-vendor status and brand-standard placement with franchise systems and hotel groups Manage global accounts alongside an international team Present specs, freight and install terms, and financing structures Use national showrooms as a closing tool Represent the brands at industry events Why This Role One-vendor solution across five product lines, so you sell the whole facility Product in stock in the US with no lead times Multiple national showrooms Customized solutions for large accounts Recurring revenue builds on your existing accounts year over year What You Bring 4+ years selling commercial fitness equipment to gyms, health clubs, or hospitality Documented quota performance with named accounts and deal sizes Experience selling into procurement, brand standards, and franchise development, not just owner-operators Existing relationships with gym operators, franchise groups, or hotel brands Willingness to travel internationally; valid passport Uncapped commission with accelerators above quota Recurring revenue on existing accounts, year over year #J-18808-Ljbffr
