Customer Service Coordinator

????? Monday Friday | 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
???? What Youll Do
- Manage high-volume inbound calls & emails from customers
- Process orders and handle case management via Salesforce
- Provide accurate info on pricing, inventory, shipping & technical inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, QC, Accounting, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure 100% follow-up
? What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Strong multitasking skills across multiple systems
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office + CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to type ~50 WPM
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a customer-first mindset

- Experience with PeopleSoft or order management systems
- Background in Life Sciences or related industry
