Our Client Care Team Members are the "first faces" to our pet parents as they embark on their pet's visit to our hospital. Compensation: Our pay ranges begin at $21 - $24/hour, dependent upon existing experience.

ACCESS Los Angeles also offers shift differentials. Shift hours worked between: 7pm-11pm = additional $2/hour 11pm-7am = additional $3/hour any shift on Saturdays and Sundays = additional $2/hour What makes the best candidates?

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience required)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently in a clear and audible voice

What might your day to day look like?

• Answer incoming calls, message taking
• Triage incoming requests
• Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out
• Handle financial transactions
• Facilitate medication requests
• Understanding department-specific medications, diagnostics, and procedures
