Job Overview Front Desk Agent Location: Fort Mill, SC (Onsite, Full Time) As the Front Desk Agent at Cambria Hotel Fort Mill, you will provide guests with "Southern Hospitality" throughout their stay, handling check‑in and check‑out and ensuring a positive overall experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and manage front desk operations. Process guest check‑in and check‑out efficiently. Answer and resolve guest inquiries and concerns. Assist guests with information about the local area. Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks related to guest services. Qualifications Previous guest service or hospitality experience. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
