Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP software; understanding of transportation concepts like Incoterms and shipping modes is advantageous. A passion for delivering outstanding service, with a proactive mindset and innovative approach to risk mitigation and process improvement. Nice To Have Skills Experience working in international logistics and shipping. Knowledge of customer procurement portals and logistics documentation. Additional language skills or certifications in supply chain or customer service. Preferred Education And Experience High school diploma or GED is required. Minimum of four years’ customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or export setting. Other Requirements Ability to support and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including warehouses and carriers. Willingness to serve as a trainer under supervision to share best practices and enhance team capabilities. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements.
