Project Manager II

Leading the planning and execution of enterprise-level projects, the full-time salaried Project Manager II will collaborate with executive sponsors and operational leaders to enhance quality and efficiency while providing mentorship to junior project managers in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead high-priority enterprise projects that align with strategic, clinical, financial, and operational goals Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication structures for initiatives Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across departments and stakeholder groups Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive project management experience in healthcare or similar complex settings Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI Extensive Lean training and applied experience through a reputable organization
