What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP, along with ASHA CCC or CFY supervision capability
• Prior experience working in a school setting, K-12 preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal implementation, and progress tracking
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfort with a diverse student population and varying communication challenges

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in developing individualized student goals
• Offer consultative services and recommendations to staff and families
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
