Role Description The Construction Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, responsible for supporting the efficient planning and execution of construction projects. Qualifications
- Ability to coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, document control, and project tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with office and project management software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, scheduling tools; experience with construction software is a plus).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic construction processes, terminology, and documentation; prior experience in a construction or related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents is beneficial.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
