Nursing Position – Rehabilitation

Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday - Friday Weekend Rotation: Yes

Assignment Details: Contract Weeks: 52 Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid nursing license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients recovering from illness or injury.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and report changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Assist patients with daily activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Document patient care and progress thoroughly in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation is required for all new staff.
• Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted.
• Scrubs or designated uniform is required for staff.
