Commercial Electrician – Fast Track to Foreman

Ready to take the next step in your electrical career?

This opportunity is designed for electricians who have  led or supervised small crews and are ready for more responsibility and the opportunity to  fast-track their career toward becoming a Foreman.

You do NOT need to already be a Foreman.

If you’re the electrician your Foreman trusts to lead a few guys, lay out work, solve problems, and keep the job moving,  we want to talk to you.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This isn’t just another project. We are looking for  future Foremen and long-term employees who want to grow with the organization.

Starting Day One:

• $50/day per diem
• 100% paid lodging
• Benefits package available
• High profile commercial projects
• Clear path toward becoming a Foreman

Successful employees are eligible to transition directly to the electrical contractor after approximately 700 hours , unlocking an excellent long-term compensation and benefits package:

• On-time project completion bonuses
• Company vehicle
• Truck allowance for Foremen
• 401(k)
• Health, dental & vision insurance
• Continued $50/day per diem
• Continued  paid lodging
• Leadership development and advancement opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Solid commercial electrical experience
• Experience leading or supervising a small crew
• Ability to read electrical prints and lay out work
• Strong commercial conduit, wiring and installation skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to take initiative and lead others
• Willingness to travel and work overnight
• Motivation to advance into a Foreman role

This is  overnight work supporting renovation projects for a major national retailer. Work is performed primarily overnight because projects take place inside active retail locations.

Your lodging is paid, plus you’ll receive $50/day per diem while traveling.

Build Your Career as a Foreman

If you’re a strong commercial electrician who’s been waiting for the opportunity to  prove you can lead a crew and move into a Foreman position , this could be the career move you’ve been looking for.

The company is looking for people it can  develop, reward and keep long-term —not electricians for one project.

20 positions are available. Apply today.
