Our Wendy's restaurant is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager who desires to join our fun, energetic and fast paced management team. The Assistant Manager candidate should have restaurant experience and great people skills, specifically in communication and motivation.

We are currently hiring full-time Assistant Managers to join our enthusiastic restaurant team.

What We Expect From You

Complies with food safety regulations

- Works with Management Team to meet sales goals

- Manages food and labor costs

- Manages and maintains safe working conditions

- Manages crew members

- Interviews crew members for hiring

- Provides proper training for crew members

- Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest.
