Clinical Operations Manager (RN)The Clinical Operations Manager (RN) at Project HOME Healthcare Services will be responsible for the oversight and management of clinical staff, including nurses and medical assistants. They will work in collaboration with the Operations Manager (in a dyad partnership) and Practice Managers at all locations and areas (eg: Stephen Klein Wellness Center/SKWC, Pathways, Hub of Hope, Mobile Medicine and Street Medicine) to develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing patient care experiences.Location: JBJ Soul Homes, 1415 Fairmount Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19130, with regular travel to Project HOME sites throughout PhiladelphiaCompensation: $103,525-$107,148 annually, based on experienceWhat You'll DoProvides direct supervision and conducts annual performance evaluation for the Medical Assistant Supervisor, the Stephen Klein Wellness Center (SKWC) Lead Nurse and the Mobile Clinic SupervisorCollaborate with the Operations Manager and practice managers to establish staffing schedules, update workflows and policies, and ensure consistent adherence across teamsFosters a collaborative and supportive team environment.Perform supervisory reviews of patient safety incidents related to the nursing and/or medical assistant teamProvides oversight and management for the day-to-day responsibilities of the Intensive Nurse Care Management Program.
