This role offers excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.**This position has an anticipated start of August 2026.Position DetailsSchedule: Monday through Friday Setting: Outpatient clinical environment Patient Population: Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients Type: Full-Time, OnsiteResponsibilitiesPerform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and evidence-based treatment plans for musculoskeletal and spine-related injuries.Collaborate with physicians, PTs, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.Document patient encounters, progress, and treatment recommendations in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.Educate patients on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and strategies to manage pain and prevent re-injury.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.Schedule patient appointments as needed within the clinic workflow.Provide guidance to CCAs regarding treatment protocols and patient flow.QualificationsLicensed Chiropractor (DC) in the state of Pennsylvania (required)Strong clinical experience with musculoskeletal and injury-based care preferredExcellent communication, patient education, and documentation skillsCompassionate, patient-centered approach to careExperience with Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury populations is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay Range: $75-90k/yr (commensurate with experience)Paid Time Off (PTO): Generous accrual for vacation and personal timePaid Company HolidaysHealth Insurance AllowanceProfessional Growth: Supportive environment for continuing education, training, and clinical developmentWhy Join CarePath?At CarePath Injury Centers, we foster a positive, team-driven workplace where providers feel supported and valued.
