• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on HarleyDavidson motorcycles
• Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining highquality standards
• Conduct routine services including oil changes, tire replacement, and brake work
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using proper tools and procedures
• Follow all factory guidelines and safety standards
• Accurately document repairs and labor time on repair orders
• Perform predelivery inspections (PDI) on new motorcycles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and needs
• Stay current with technical training and certifications

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a motorcycle, powersports, or automotive technician preferred
• HarleyDavidson or OEM certifications are a plus
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, productiondriven environment
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
