Facilities Maintenance Lead

Orleans County YMCA is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support cleaning and maintenance of the branch and its programs. The role includes leadership and training of maintenance and housekeeping staff, and coordinating vendors for facility services. You will supervise repairs, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and contribute to preventative maintenance planning and budgeting.
