Mid-level Developer

Role Description Concept Plus is seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to support client IT systems within a CI/CD DevSecOps environment. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining applications, ensuring code is integrated, tested, and deployed efficiently across development, security, and operations workflows. The position requires knowledge of client IT processes and technology stack, including DevSecOps pipelines, Cloud One environments, and Oracle/Java-based systems operating across classified and unclassified DISA and cloud environments. The Developer supports system modernization by working within Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create and maintain automated pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.
