The Opportunity We’re looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team! You’ll be instrumental in building and deploying machine learning models that power the Abridge experience. What You’ll Do Design,develop,and implement high-quality machine learning applications and tools Lead technical projects from start to finish Collaborate with researchers and engineers to bring AI algorithms to life Work with various teams to optimize our systems Build reusable software to accelerate development Troubleshoot and optimize system performance Design fault-tolerant,scalable,and secure AI systems You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have 5+ years of software development experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering,Statistics,Math (or equivalent) Experience building production-ready software (Python,C++,Java) Strong software engineering practices (coding standards,code reviews,etc.) Experience with cloud platforms (Kubernetes,Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Experience designing and building highly available ML systems Solid understanding of low-level operating systems concepts Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Bonus Points for Experience in NLP,machine learning,or distributed systems Expertise in machine learning toolchains (PyTorch,TensorFlow) Experience bringing new technology to production We value people who are passionate about learning!
