Systems Analyst

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst in Merrimack, NH.Responsibilities:* Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and system requirements* Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and scalable solution designs* Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support Agile delivery* Manage and prioritize backlogs, support planning activities, and drive delivery outcomes* Analyze systems, workflows, and data to identify process improvements and solution opportunities* Facilitate discussions around scope, dependencies, risks, and priorities across initiatives* Validate delivered solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and quality expectations* Support continuous improvement of enterprise applications and technology platformsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field* 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role* Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery teams* Experience working with enterprise applications, integrations, and cloud-based platforms* Experience with managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment* Knowledge of backlog management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Ability to translate complex business needs into practical and scalable technology solutions* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teamsJob TypeContractCompensation49 - $53
