About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of AI Product to lead the strategic development and growth of its AI-powered product portfolio, with a focus on legal and compliance solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as identifying opportunities to expand AI-driven solutions across complex legal workflows. This role requires a senior product leader with a proven track record in AI-enabled or data-driven products, particularly within regulated industries. The Head of AI Product will be at the forefront of shaping and scaling internal AI solutions to enhance decision-making, reduce risk, and increase productivity. Excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to translate advanced technology into high-impact, client-facing solutions are essential. Applicants for the Head of AI Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS, with a strong preference for those with a background in regulated industries. The role demands the ability to balance platform capabilities with solution-specific offerings, lead the productization of AI capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining product packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, as well as a deep understanding of customer workflows in legal and regulated environments. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, or data platforms are also required.
