Managing a portfolio of clients, the remote Account Manager - PA/NJ Licensed will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and collaboration with internal teams while focusing on RFP activities and client implementations. Key responsibilities: Manages and maintains assigned book of business, including RFP activity and escalated service topics Serves as a consulting partner for clients, collaborating with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives Builds and nurtures relationships with brokers through proactive communication and education on industry trends Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment Familiarity with the quoting process and tools is preferred Bachelor's Degree is preferred Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products is required
