Position Title: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at our 178-bed facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their physical well-being and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals

- Implement treatment plans through various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices in physical therapy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There is no weekend rotation required. The typical work hours are 8am to 4:30pm.
