HR Leader, US Commercial - Orthopedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks an HR Leader for its US Commercial Orthopedics division to manage employee relations across a large sales organization. The role involves handling complex cases, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance, and advising business leaders on employment matters across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary employee relations expert for US Orthopedics commercial and field sales organizations
• Independently manage complex, sensitive employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary actions
• Conduct objective, thorough workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions
• Advise leaders on employee relations risk and organizational change impacts
• Develop and facilitate training and coaching for leaders on performance management and investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Relations, Law, or related field
• 4-6 years progressive experience in employee relations, HR, labor and employment, or related discipline
• Ability to independently manage complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and performance management processes
• Sound judgment in evaluating risk and making employment decisions
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred
