Forklift Operator

Position Summary As a Forklift Operator at Nestlé Purina in Flagstaff, you will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading and unloading trucks, case picking products, and staging finished products for shipment. Responsibilities Stack unit loads by UPC throughout the warehouse. Operate all computer‑based warehouse transactions correctly. Troubleshoot load integrity and handling issues; repair damaged unit loads and follow the warehouse sanitation policy. Load or unload trailers and railcars, being aware of weight, size, UPC, location, and trailer type. Replenish storage locations with unit loads from floor storage and pre‑plan case pick to optimize product location, weight, and quantity. Case‑pick product according to customer specifications, layering guidelines, product location, and quantity. Hand wrap, label, and pre‑stage orders. Operate warehouse sweeper and warehouse scrubber. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 6+ months experience operating a forklift or heavy machinery in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, military, or related environment. Other Must be open to all shifts. Compensation & Benefits The approximate hourly pay for this position is $28.99 an hour. Pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
