Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and systems-driven Senior Strategic Partner Manager - GSI, SEAK to join our core centralized Channels collective in a full-time remote capacity anchored out of Singapore. In this high-leverage and quota-carrying commercial seat, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability for architecting, managing, and scaling our foundational Global Systems Integrator (GSI) and consulting go-to-market engine across the Southeast Asia and Korea (SEAK) region. Shifting completely away from passive account maintenance, basic customer service logging, routine inbound referral tracking, or disconnected clerical checklist filing, you will operate as a principal revenue architect—directing complex sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, and build-with monetization playbooks. This position requires an enterprise technology closer with a proven history of partnership depth who captures multi-tier enterprise logos fluidly natively using Sales Representative consultative models, coordinates cross-functional sales and technical alliance cells smoothly natively using Project Management communication loops, and commands strict execution metrics confidently under aggressive regional quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Quota and Revenue Ownership: Own, drive, and systematically exceed an individual direct sales quota, focusing relentlessly on net-new cloud security logo acquisition through global system integrator channels cleanly natively utilizing Sales Representative consultative strategies.
  • KPI-Driven GTM Process Automation: Develop, refine, and execute a highly repeatable, KPI-driven partner program blueprint to continuously scale GSI partner-sourced and partner-influenced annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Cross-Functional Pod Realignment: Connect, brief, and coordinate distributed internal Direct Sales, Technical Alliances, and Professional Cloud Services teams natively leveraging Project Management guidelines to output a unified, frictionless GSI market approach.
  • Technical and Business Champion Cultivation: Build, nurture, and maintain high-fidelity relationships with key executive stakeholders, practice directors, and cloud security engineers within tier-1 GSI networks to foster long-term brand advocacy.
  • Global Co-Sell Pipeline Governance: Oversee and manage a high-volume, cross-border transactional pipeline, ensuring absolute operational accountability, pipeline data visibility, and forecasting rigor across shared CRM layers.
  • GSI Partner Capability Mapping: Serve as the primary technical partner authority across the region, aligning Wiz AI-driven capabilities with the custom security offerings, migration blueprints, and managed services of your assigned accounts.
  • Scalable Partner Enablement Delivery: Collaborate closely with distributed Product Management and Partner Marketing units to formulate high-signal technical collateral, best-practice playbooks, and strategic enablement training sessions.
  • Asynchronous Operational Excellence: Maximize partner deployment velocity across the SEAK region under fast startup conditions, operating autonomously in the field without requiring continuous corporate oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced enterprise software sales, technical channel alliance management, global systems integrator co-selling, corporate business development, or high-value technology procurement consulting.
  • Mandatory GSI Vertical Sourcing Experience: Documented, hands-on history of commercial success selling technology products directly to or alongside global system integrators and premier consulting networks (explicitly requiring experience navigating channels such as Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, or NTT Data).
  • A verified history of consistent sales quota overachievement, elite performance club recognition, and deep technical command of sales funnel indicators and data-driven KPIs.
  • Expert-tier capability managing enterprise technology negotiations, executing complex account mappings, and accelerating multi-stakeholder contract closures natively utilizing Sales Representative tactics.
  • Practical operational familiarity organizing multi-department project trackers, driving cross-functional alignment loops, and managing partner metrics pipelines natively using Project Management principles.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and document presentation traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised confidence and strategic influence when pitching cloud security architectures before GSI global practice heads and technical steering boards.
  • Sponsorship and Compliance Notice: Applicants must possess the independent legal right to live and work in Singapore without requiring current or future company visa sponsorship; this track does not offer visa sponsorship.
  • Education context: Possession of a formal university BA/BS degree is preferred (or equivalent practical career field validation), with a complete readiness to execute global travel as required by strategic business milestones.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial channel history operating explicitly within a hyper-growth venture-backed cloud computing startup, next-generation enterprise SaaS platform, or prominent cybersecurity infrastructure group.
  • Direct hands-on experience structuring automated co-sell parameters within cloud provider marketplaces (such as Google Cloud Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, or Azure co-sell loops).
