- $35.00 - $39.00 /hr depending on experience.

- Coordinating with resident doctors, home health, and hospice agencies to ensure continuity of care.
- Managing resident medication orders and resolving errors.
- Overseeing and tailoring resident care plans to optimize their care.
- Investigating and submitting resident incident reports.
- Answering resident's families questions and addressing concerns.
- Rotating on-call.
- Must have an unrestricted RN license valid in the state.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills--ability to work strongly as a team.
- Ability to navigate a computer, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
