To support a growing software company, the part-time Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across technical and business roles Maintain clear communication with hiring teams and track recruiting metrics to provide regular updates to leadership Required Qualifications 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry Demonstrated success recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers and Product Managers Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership
