Responsibilities include engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manneronline, over the phone, and in person; learning each customer's needs and helping match them to the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle; leading customers through the sales process including test drives, product presentations, and financing options; following up to ensure complete satisfaction and build lasting relationships; and collaborating with teammates and management to meet and exceed monthly goals.

Requirements include previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not requiredtraining provided; an enthusiastic, goal-driven, and comfortable engaging with people; excellent communication and listening skills; a professional appearance and positive attitude; a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and must pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
