The Tree Climber / Groundsman operates under direct supervision from the Tree Service Supervisor and the Director of Tree Service Operations. This role focuses on routine maintenance tasks at local job sites, applying arboricultural skills to climb, prune, and remove trees safely and efficiently. A high level of physical stamina is essential to meet the demands of strenuous activities involved in tree care and groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees to perform pruning and removal tasks
• Execute precise tree pruning according to assigned work orders
• Remove trees and bushes safely
• Adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites through effective cleanup
• Coordinate effectively with team members during operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in tree climbing and groundskeeping
