Quick Facts: Location: Coos Bay, OR Start Date: ASAP / Flexible End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Permanent Possible Shift: 8-hour days, 1:4 call (primarily critical lab calls) Hours/week: 40-80 hours (full-time or part-time options) Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology, BLS, BLS/Board Certification within 2 years preferred Experience: New graduates welcome; experience in oncology/hematology preferred Pay & Benefits: Compensation: $680,000+ annually (based on experience) Benefits include: Sign-on bonus (discussed at interview) Relocation assistance (if applicable) Comprehensive health benefits 6% matching retirement plan Generous PTO and CME allowance Licensing and professional fee reimbursement Onsite health and wellness, child care, and community amenities What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient cancer care in a modern, well-equipped facility Manage a patient load of 10-15 cases daily Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiation oncology, infusion, cardiology, and more Lead and participate in clinical trials and innovative treatments Contribute to the comprehensive cancer program with strong community support Engage in patient education, follow-up, and ongoing treatment planning Support the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional, personalized cancer care What You Need: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Oregon medical license or eligible to obtain one BLS certification Experience in outpatient oncology/hematology (preferred but new graduates considered) Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment: Join a renowned healthcare facility in the charming coastal community of Coos Bay, Oregon.
