Nanny/Babysitter For Baby

Hello, I am a new mom. My son is barely 10 months years old.. I am looking for someone to care for my son while I work. I do work remote and I am wanting someone who is comfortable coming to our home and caring for our son. Schedule varies because husband works a fireman schedule which is 24 on and 48 off. I am mainly looking for help on week days only. I hope to find someone who is caring, trusting, friendly and comfortable to be around with.
