Senior Staff Product Manager

Driving product planning and execution in the Sourcing & Procurement industry, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative product solutions while working in a flexible or remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to formulate product plans and execute on the product roadmap Leverage existing ServiceNow products to ensure efficient delivery and drive product adoption through customer feedback Lead the prototyping and ideation of new product features, focusing on user experiences that deliver value to customers Required qualifications 12+ years of enterprise application product management experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making Strong understanding of source-to-pay (S2P) processes and familiarity with procurement personas Proven ability to influence across various teams without direct authority Demonstrated track record of defining roadmaps and shipping features that drive adoption and business outcomes
