Wellfield Manager – In-Situ Copper Recovery (ISCR) Are you an experienced mining or hydrometallurgical professional looking to lead a critical copper recovery operation? We are seeking a Wellfield Manager to oversee all aspects of our In-Situ Copper Recovery (ISCR) wellfield operations , ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. What You'll Do Lead daily wellfield operations to meet production targets and business objectives Develop and execute short- and long-term production plans Manage operating and capital budgets while driving continuous improvement Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, hydrogeologists, geologists, maintenance personnel, and operators Coordinate contractors, construction projects, and technical service providers Monitor operational performance and key production metrics What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in ISR wellfield or hydrometallurgical mining operations 10+ years of leadership and project management experience Strong knowledge of wellfield operations, groundwater systems, and copper leaching processes Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and cross-functional teams Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
