Event Marketing Assistant

Job Overview Asia Live is seeking an organized, high-energy Event Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help plan, promote, and execute diverse corporate events and campaigns. You will manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate vendor communications, and ensure seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and values brand consistency. Duties and Responsibilities Event Planning & Logistics Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with external event vendors. Manage shipping and tracking of all event materials and displays. Order, track, and maintain inventory of branded promotional merchandise. Marketing & Promotion Assist in creating and scheduling event email campaigns. Publish event updates across digital and social media channels. Track registration data, manage RSVP lists, and update database systems. Design basic event collateral using established brand templates. On-Site & Post-Event Operations Travel to events to assist with setup, registration, and breakdown. Serve as a brand ambassador to engage and assist attendees. Gather on-site feedback and distribute post-event attendee surveys. Compile event performance data to draft comprehensive wrap-up reports. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing or event planning. Internship experience in a professional office setting is highly valued. Skills & Competencies Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Basic experience with CRM or event platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Eventbrite). Physical & Travel Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. Capacity to lift and move event boxes up to 50 pounds. Willingness to travel. Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
